Leasing

When approving tenants for leasing in Wychbury, real estate agents are requested to :-

(i)   advise prospective tenants that their rights to occupy are subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors; and

(ii)  insert a special condition into the residential tenancy agreement to the effect that the tenant must at all times comply with the Wychbury Rules and Regulations.

It is likely that the references obtained by the real estate agent will need to be produced to the Board of Directors.

Purchase

When selling apartments, real estate agents should advise prospective purchasers that their purchase must be approved by the Board of Directors – see shareholder section.
